#1 Merlion Park

Merlion Park, is a Singapore landmark and major tourist attraction, located at One Fullerton, Singapore, near the Central Business District. The Merlion is a mythical creature with a lion’s head and the body of a fish that is widely used as a mascot and national personification of Singapore.

#2 Esplanade

The Esplanade is a performing arts centre located in Downtown Core near the mouth of the Singapore River. It consists of a concert hall which seats about 1,600 and a theatre with a capacity of about 2,000 for the performing arts. The Esplanade is also given a nickname “durian” (the king of fruits) due to it’s unique architectural design. 

#3 Singapore Flyer

Singapore Flyer was designed by renowned Japanese designer Dr. Kisho Kurokawa, inspired by the national icons such as the London Eye and the Eiffel Tower. Dr. Kisho’s unique and everlasting architectural design emphasise on harmony and simplicity. The Singapore Flyer incorporates a terminal building which serves as passenger loading area, as well as leisure facilities such as shopping and restaurants. 

#4 Helix Bridge

The Helix Bridge is an amazing piece of architecture that serves as a pedestrian bridge between the Marina Centre and the Marina South. Four different inner spirals are utilised to create a shade for pedestrians walking across the bridge. At night, the bridge is lit to provide a stunning lit walkway that can be enjoyed and photographed by visitors.

Henderson Waves Bridge is a structure not to be missed. Take a walk across the Henderson Waves Bridge in the morning, the 274-metre-long bridge is the highest pedestrian bridge in Singapore connecting Mount Faber and Telok Blangah Hill.
